Baseball and Softball Playing Fields
Our baseball and softball playing fields are located directly behind Fox Chase Elementary School, 600 block of Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111 on the property of the Fox Chase Playground located at 7901-7935 Ridgeway Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
Field numbers 1 through 4 are located on the "upper fields" and 5 through 9 are located on the "lower fields."
We also have another softball playing field located at the end of S. Sylvania Avenue at Loney Street in Rockledge, PA. This is located just south of Acker's Hardware store. Those using a GPS should use 99 S Sylvania Avenue, Rockledge, PA 19046 as the address.
Field 1 = Boy's Baseball for ages 13 through 18.
Field 2 = Boy's Baseball for ages 11 through 12.
Field 3 = Boy's Baseball for practices or coach pitch age 6.
Field 4 = Machine Pitch for age 7.
Field 5 = Girls' Softball
Field 6 = Boy's Baseball for ages 8, 9 and 10.
Field 7 = Boy's Home League for ages 8, 9 and 10.
Field 8 = Girls' Softball
Field 9 = T-Ball and Coach Pitch for ages 5 and 6.
Emergency Lane Painted on Fox Chase School Property
We have a wide emergency lane painted in yellow from the entrance of the school yard up to the main playing field entrance. It is marked "NO PARKING" throughout the length of it. We are asking that you do not park your vehicle in this lane. We need to maintain a clear path in the event we require emergency medical or fire rescue service! If you see someone parking there, please politely ask them to move their vehicle. Please do your part to keep your children safe.
Our Club House
Our club house is located in the basement of "The Barber Shop," 7953 Verree Road. Enter from the rear of the building.
Equipment and uniforms can be returned to the barber shop on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 PM ~ 8:30 PM.
